Gummy Bear

Named after my all-time favorite dog, Sunny Bear, Gummy Bear has a very similar intelligence, warmth and personality. She learns tricks and commands after one or two quick sessions and tries very hard to please.

Gummy Bear is a atypical Blue Merle (genetic testing done) she doesn't have any other dilution genes. The atypical merle is a shortened version of the merle gene and it often mutates back into the longer version in subsequent generations. In her you can see it in her apparent dilution/ silver color. In a normal merle she would have patches of gray and black instead of solid gray.

She cuddles with me on the couch and loves to eat fruits and vegetables.

She is 15 inches tall and 27 lbs. Ears are naturally tipped, never glued.

Health testing:

MDR1 - Negative/Negative

Multiple Drug Resistance causes sensitivity to Ivermectin dewormers, acepromazine and loperimide etc)

Collie Eye Anomaly- Negative/Negative

Collie Eye Anomaly is a disease causing abnormal eye developement
